Olwen will be performing her show Fridge Logic and within Ollie Smith’s show Cat In Hell as part of a Double bill presented by Up Stairs at The Western in Leicester.

Fridge Logic: Olwen; the performer, is attempting to make a movie, following classic narrative structures, referencing other famous movies and their characters. She is having trouble, she doesn’t have the resources she needs. She is not sexy enough, scary enough, entertaining enough. She needs you to believe in her and help her discover the emotive direction needed.

Cat In Hell: A performance about getting the cream and choking on it. Mr Mistoffelees from Cats meets Mephistopheles from Faust. It’s about sleek whiskers, snazzy pyjamas, conjuring tricks and confetti. It’s about having nine lives and wasting them all. It’s about being bagged up and waiting to drown. It’s about fate and fortune and luck and sleaze and shuffling about in the dregs. It’s about hell on earth.
